- 1:30 pm – Kim Arrey
RDN, Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist & Nutrition Coach
“Inflammation Under Control: Food, Metabolism & Modern Tools for Better Joints”Arthritis affects people of all ages — and younger adults with inflammatory arthritis are looking for clear, practical ways to feel better. In this fresh, evidence based session, dietitian-nutritionist Kim Arrey breaks arthritis nutrition into three powerful pillars: calming inflammation with food, improving metabolic health through weight and modern tools like GLP1s and fasting, and supporting joint health with targeted supplements and lifestyle boosters. You’ll learn what actually works, what’s hype, and how to build a realistic plan that fits your life. Perfect for anyone living with inflammatory arthritis, osteoarthritis, or simply wanting to reduce pain and improve energy.

MD, Professor, Rheumatologist
“Understanding arthritis for your well-being“ - 3:30 pm – Dr. Mary-Ann Fitzcharles

3 in 1000 ...did you know?
Many people mistakenly think arthritis is just a disease of the elderly, but the statistics tell a different story. About three in 1,000 Canadian children have juvenile arthritis (JA), which makes it more common than most chronic childhood diseases.

100+ conditions ...did you know?
Arthritis is a collection of chronic diseases that impact your joints and other connective tissues. These conditions are most commonly characterized by swelling, joint pain, and stiffness. There are more than 100 conditions under the arthritis umbrella, but the most common forms are osteoarthritis (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
